The Perks of Being an OEGP Student
Studentky a studenti tříd 3.B a 3.C v posledních týdnech si četbou upevňovali slovní zásobu a vedli podnětné diskuse o americké klasice pro mládež The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Eliška ze třídy 3.B uvádí:
The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a 1990s novel following a teenager named Charlie, who pays attention to things most people don’t. The book is told through his letters where he describes his feelings, friendships and emotions, and all the new experiences high school brings him. Slowly we start to notice Charlie getting more comfortable with new people and new stuff. Charlie might be an inspiration to people who don’t feel like they fit in, and for us as OEGP students it can be refreshing to read a book you can relate to in at least some aspects of an average teenager‘s life.
