What’s your favorite holiday celebration?
Year 1 brainstormed and then researched a topic of their choice in their English class. After collaborating in small groups and creating colorful and informative posters, they presented their theme to the class.
The holidays explored included: Christmas, Halloween, Day of the Dead, Easter, New Year’s Eve, Oktoberfest, and St. Nicholas Day. We all learned interesting facts and vocabulary.
